These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of websites, applications, membership programs, experiences, events, and related services offered under the Dream Girls Global brand and related Shilohs Group ecosystems, including VIRAL and integrations with SGSuperFans. By accessing our services, submitting an application, making a booking, or using our platforms, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Shilohs Group ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

You must be at least 21 years of age to apply, register, book paid experiences, or participate in member programming unless we expressly approve a different minimum age in writing for a specific offering. By using our services, you represent that you meet eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

Dream Girls Global is a curated membership and experience platform. It is not an open enrollment influencer program, adult content platform, or employment relationship. Participation is selective, application-based, and subject to approval at our sole discretion.

2. Services overview

Our services may include: membership applications and curation (Dream Girls Global); selective access programs (including VIRAL); curated travel and event experiences; professional media activations; partner integrations; and access pathways to third-party platforms such as SGSuperFans.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, experience, region, or feature at any time. Descriptions on our website are for general information. Final inclusions, pricing, dates, venues, and access levels are confirmed only in approved booking documents, checkout flows, or written communications we issue.

3. Applications, approval, and membership

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, invitation, or booking eligibility.
We may approve, deny, defer, or revoke membership or program access for any lawful reason, including misrepresentation, conduct concerns, safety risks, or misalignment with program standards.
Approved Dream Girls Global membership does not automatically grant VIRAL access, paid experience eligibility, or SGSuperFans account activation.
Bookings or payments made without required prior approval may be cancelled and refunded according to our Travel and Cancellation Policy, without granting event, media, or programming access.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and responding to verification requests.

4. Bookings, payments, and third-party providers

Paid experiences may include lodging, transportation, event access, insurance options, and add-ons provided directly by us or through third-party vendors (hotels, airlines, insurers, venues, production partners). Third-party services are subject to their own terms and policies.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees, deposits, balances, change fees, and penalties disclosed at checkout or in experience-specific terms. Currency, taxes, and fees are your responsibility unless expressly included.

We are not liable for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures of third-party providers, including but not limited to airlines, resorts, insurers, and event operators.

5. Conduct and community standards

You agree to behave professionally, lawfully, and respectfully toward staff, members, partners, venues, and local communities.
Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, unauthorized recording in restricted areas, trespass, substance misuse where prohibited, or conduct that endangers others may result in immediate removal without refund.
You may not misrepresent affiliation with Dream Girls Global, Shilohs Group, partners, or events, or use our brands without written permission.
We may document experiences for brand, marketing, and member content purposes as described in experience terms and our Privacy Policy. You may decline or limit certain uses only where we expressly offer that option in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All website content, trademarks, logos, designs, photography, video, and program materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights except limited personal use rights we expressly grant.

Professional media produced during experiences may be subject to separate license terms communicated at the event. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we and our designees may use event and program content for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit our platforms or content without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, follower growth, bookings, media placement, sponsorships, or monetization results through Dream Girls Global, VIRAL, or SGSuperFans.

Travel and events involve inherent risks. You are responsible for your health, fitness, travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER SHILOHS GROUP NOR ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Shilohs Group and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your conduct, your content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your participation in experiences and events.

10. Dispute resolution and governing law

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at info@dreamgirlsglobal.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

Except where prohibited by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for disputes not subject to arbitration shall lie in courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

To the extent permitted by law, you and Shilohs Group agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding.

11. Changes, termination, and contact

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, legal requirements, or operational necessity.
